PLEX-33 is a one component, water based, non-yellowing, acrylic polymer emulsion developed for use as an admixture
for Portland cement mortars, plasters, stuccoes and concrete mixes. PLEX-33 is the product of choice when requiring an admixture
when desiring improved binding qualities of approved materials applied over dense concrete. PLEX-33 is suitable for interior
and exterior application both above and below grade where a hard fast curing material is required.
