Scope of Work

This table clarifies the responsibilities of the parties involved in the construction project with a stucco cladding. The parties referred to are the architect/owner, the general contractor/builder and the wall and ceiling/plastering contractor.

* The contractual agreement between the builder/general contractor and the wall and ceiling contractor/plastering contractor will supercede this Scope of Responsibilities table. There-fore, these items must be indicated in the construction documents and reviewed at the pre-job meeting.
